- It takes about 10-15 minutes to switch; replace the screw that held the original switch in with a thread-cutting screw you find in electrical box covers; the lug of the original switch is thinner than the mounting of the better switch
- The main feature of the cut-off saw switch is that you can actuate it while holding on to your saw handle. It is a momentary spring-loaded return, but you can pull it toward the saw handle more, and it has a maintained position
