Alpha EZ Click2 is the next generation of screw-based leveling systems designed explicitly for thin-set applications of 2cm thick paver materials.
Features
- Available in 1/32" (white) and 5/32" (black) bases
- Designed for most paver materials
- Instant screw ejection leveling system
- No tools are required - simply hand tighten until adjacent tiles are level
- Spacer Bases fit below tiles and fasten to the caps
- Proprietary scratch prevention edge
- Recommend one spindle base every 6" of paver edge
- Cap can be used more than 500 times (compared to others, which may only be 8 to 10 times)
- Built-in spacer calibration
- Made in Italy
- Caps sold separately
Technical Data
- Use on most paver materials 3/4" (2cm) up to 1-1/4" (2.5cm)
- Minimum joint size: 1/32" (1.5mm)
- 200 bases per box
How to use
- STEP 1: Place spacer bases under the tile once thin-set has been applied
- STEP 2: Apply the cap to the base. Lock the cap onto the base by twisting the yellow knob.
- STEP 3: Once the cap is locked to the base, turn the black part of the cap until the adjacent tiles are level; no need to over-tighten
- STEP 4: Break off caps and bases with a mallet or your foot after the thin set has cured. It’s important to break the caps loose by hitting them in the direction of the top of the spacer base (in line with the grout joint)
- STEP 5: Remove the broken piece of the bases from the caps by unlocking the cap from the base spindle using the yellow knob.
