Ardex high performance, durable sound isolation underlayment mat is made from recycled rubber and is used for hard surface coverings. Providing crack isolation and sound reduction, this lightweight commercial grade mat has dual protection that you can set tile directly on.

• Quick and easy installation with the proper Ardex adhesive
• Provides crack isolation up to 1/8" (3mm)
• Set tile directly on the DS 70 after installation
• 92% recycled post-consumer rubber
• Ideal for use in condominiums, hotels and office buildings
• Systems achieve up to an Extra Heavy Commercial rating (Robinson Test) per ASTM C627
