Dewalt D36000S 36" Wet Tile Saw and Stand

Due to the growing popularity of larger-format tile, Dewalt now provides the D36000 Wet Tile saw, which can rip cut up to 37" for the professional tile installer. The D36000 features an 18" cutting clearance to the left of the blade, which allows you to cut a 36" x 36" tile in half. Despite its larger cutting capacity and increased water pans, the D36000 is made for portability to and from the job site, weighing only 91 lb.


Features

  • 37" rip cut capacity (41" with plunge) and 18" cutting clearance left of the blade allows users to rip 36" x 36" tile in half
  • Cut-line indicator, rigid frame, and stainless steel rollers provide cutting accuracy to within 1/32" over 30" cuts
  • 8-1/2" crosscut capacity is ideal for cutting 6" sills and 8" x 48" planks at a 30% offset
  • 28-7/8" width from column to cart edge fits through standard 30" door frames
  • 18" x 36" and 24" x 24" tiles are fully contained within the water tray system, helping keep the work area clean and dry
  • 15 Amp motor provides 1220 MWO for demanding applications
  • The cart can be locked into its number 2 position for rip-cutting 18" tiles
  • The compartment beneath the saw for storing tile and other items
  • Larger side and water pans offer increased water retention

Cracked tray

Fast and on time delivery. My water tray came cracked. It's been a month with the only contact is when I email or call. All I'm looking for is a date of when the new tray will be here. As far as the saw it's great for the large format tile I cut a 40 inch tile with ease

Heavy, but great saw for precise work.

Everything is great on this saw except how heavy it is. Reminds me of the old MK saws all metal pretty heavy. It disassembles fast and easy which makes it nice for transport, just takes longer than my 8 year old rigid 8 inch that I use for small jobs. Cuts straight, table is smooth, doesn't overspray hardly any water with plastic trays attached, blade clamp is wide and blade doesn't move much left or right when shaving 1/16 of tile off, and if you go a little slower it can take a blade width off a tile and be perfectly straight. Not ideal for little backsplash with small tile because of the weight and set up, but cuts 3/4 hex mosaics in a sheet very nice and cuts big tile super nice, even 12x24 because the tray is so wide and stable. I love it, very precise, just not for every job, but great for bigger job and bigger tile. Circular saw it came with is great as well and it was a great deal.
