Just like our other uncoupling membranes it is specifically designed for use with both modified and unmodified mortars

STRATA_MAT™ is not intended for use as a waterproofing membrane. Not for wear surface, must be covered with tile.

Can you use Strata heat in a shower?

Yes, however showers may only be 120v systems. When installing a STRATA_HEAT™ Wire system in a shower, it must be placed between two non-combustible materials
