Mapei Planiseal VS Fast

Planiseal VS Fast is a two-component, 100% solids, alkali-resistant epoxy coating that cures quickly and efficiently prevents moisture-related issues over concrete that affect floor coverings. Additionally, by doing away with the conventional wait period needed for fresh concrete slabs to dry to a moisture level acceptable for floor covering installation, it substantially speeds up floor installations.

• Installation on freshly polished concrete without mechanical profiling is possible

Suitable Substrates

• Substrates made of five-day-old concrete that have been tested in accordance with ASTM D7234 and have a minimum tensile strength of 150 psi (1,03 MPa). They need to have a concrete surface profile (CSP) of #2 to #3, as determined by the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), or they need to be in perfect condition and have been mechanically prepared using dustless engineering-approved techniques
