PLS Pearl Leveling System Wedges
PLS Pearl Leveling System is an all-in-one lippage control plus spacer system. It makes setting tiles easy and profitable.
Features
- Available in 250, 500, and 2000 quantities
- The re-usable wedge that will last multiple jobs with proper installation and removal
- For use with the PLS Clips when installing wall and floor tiles
- For use on porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles
- It is especially recommended to improve finishes when working with large-format tiles
- A system of interlocking clips and re-usable wedges ensure your floor will be perfectly level from one tile to the next
- It requires minimal effort to install and remove, plus it speeds up installation time
- It can be installed by hand or with an optional install tool
- Use PLS Clips to prevent the tile from moving during the installation and curing process
- Use on 1/8" to 1/2" thick tile
- PLS Clips are sold separately

How to use
- STEP 1: Insert the clip under the first installed tile to achieve consistent grout joint spacing
- STEP 2: Place the next tile on top of and against the clips of the previously installed tile
- STEP 3: Insert the wedge into the clip to secure, align, and flatten the adjoining tile (your hand or the installation tool can be used to tighten the wedge into the clip)
- STEP 4: After the thin set has cured, hit the clips (with or without a wedge) with a rubber mallet in the direction of the grout joint
- STEP 5: Separate the broken clips from the wedges (wedges are re-useable and will last multiple jobs with proper installation and removal)
