The swivel head with a handle and non-marring tail block facilitate quick and safe stretching with less repositioning. This kit stretches carpet up to 38 ft. and includes the ROBERTS 10-250 Adjustable Locking Tube for fast incremental adjustments. The rolling carrying case and tube carrying case lock together for easy storage and transportation.
