The Universal PLUS Resilient Flooring and Modular Carpet Tile Adhesive offers tremendous bond strength and unparalleled moisture / plasticizer migration resistance for a wide variety of flooring coverings. Ready for immediate light traffic and heavy traffic after just 48 hours.
Features
- Coverage: 125-185 ft2 per gallon with 1/16" x 1/16" x 1/16" Trowel
- Ideal for LVT, LVP, VCT, solid vinyl and fiberglass-backed sheet goods and other flooring types
- Can be both a wet-set or pressure-sensitive adhesive
- Maximum moisture resistance up to 12 lbs. MVER / 99% RH
- Rated for heavy rolling loads
- Rated for residential, commercial, and institutional traffic
- High bond strength with extreme water resistance
- Enviro-Friendly – solvent-free and LEED compliant; VOC 1 g/L, SCAQMD Rule 1168
- Non-flammable. NFPA Class A and UBC Class 1 fire resistance ratings (ASTM E84)
- GoldGuard antimicrobial product protection
- New or existing concrete and radiant heated floors not exceeding 85° F (30° C)
- Adhesives and Resilient flooring should not be installed over any substrate where chemical or solvent cleaners or adhesive removers have been used
