Third Coast Equipment RT16 Trench Diesel Roller
Controlled by radio frequency remote control, this Third Coast trench roller does not require the operator to be in physical contact with the machine. When used in trenches, this means the operator can stand at grade while the machine works below grade, improving operator safety.

- The use of radio frequency remote-controlled operation improves communication between the operator and the machine by removing the line-of-sight requirement found on traditional infrared remote-controlled trench rollers
- Radio frequency not only operates with greater stability and over longer distances but also operates through objects on the job site such as trench shoring cross bars, which can block traditional infrared systems
