How thick are the Superior Replacement pad sets?

Per the manufacturer, depending on the temperature and humidity the thickness can fluctuate between 5/8 inches to 3/4 inches.

Were can I get a replacement break foot for Superior tile cutter? Mine broke and unable to find on internet.
