I have an older model where the carriage tray measures 13.5" wheel to wheel. This tray measures 11.75" wheel to wheel. Can longer bolts be used to make this work?

No, unfortunately you cannot use longer bolts to make this work for your model.

Can the wheels be adjusted to accommodate a wider wheel base?

No, the carriage tray would bend and become splayed away from the axels.

Will this fit the old-school target saws? I have the most basic of the older saws. it's not one of the bigger sizes built later on
