Will these Red Tuscan leveling clips work with tile that is 5/16 in. thick?

Per the manufacturer, for a 48" x 8" tile you will need 5 clips on the 48" side and 1 clip on the 8" side per tile. This would equate to roughly 2.25 clips per sq/ft. If you are installing 1,000 sq/ft you will need roughly 2,250 clips. We would also recommend estimating for 10% extra due to breakage during installation. Please note that the above figures are estimates only; tiles which are more flexible may require more per tile side to keep level with adjoining tiles.

Can these be used with polished marble tiles, or will the clips scratch the marble?

Yes, SeamClips are designed for use with marble, stone, ceramic, granite and some large format tiles from 1/8 to 3/8 in thickness.

Are the clips reusable or have to be purchased separately for every installation? Once you knock them out after install I assume the base of the clips stays underneath the tile and the top piece with the leg come off.

No, the Tuscan SeamClips cannot be reused.

Pearl Seam Clip For The Win

I used these to install 4"x24" Porcelain wood plank tile. After the first row was down getting a flat level installation was easy, never had to pull up and re-do a single tile. Project came out great no lippage anywhere. Will never install porcelain plank tile again without using these.

Loved Them - Perfectly designed for success

I had never laid tile before and knew that 'me' + 12"x12" tile would need a better method to control lippage. These worked perfectly! Couldn't be more pleased with ease of install and control of final results. After all the bending over and installing, it was a lot of fun to knock them loose.
